CXO announced previously that it was looking to divest of its non '"core" silver assets, I think thats what the trading Halt will be about or even, I hope they retain some equity in silver as silver is likely to trend up, Or yes financing agreement, this as one of its offtake partners in Europe I think, hinted at providing finance but that to me seems not likely as still a way off to producing product
