I know some here dismissed the relevence of Lift Capital judgement, but the reference to Lift Capitals conduct in the transaction and their disclosure documents and also the operation of the AMLSA for the Lift Capital clients has very significant relevance to Opes Prime.

The difference between Lift Capital and Opes Prime is that the AMSLA was contested in its operation within Lifts business structure and the actions of Lift Capital and their disclosure to the clients of its function.

All Opes Prime and the current judements have proved is that an AMSLA existed that and it was an AMSLA. Whether clients were duly bounf by it is a whole new question.
