kincella you mentioned over the weekend that housing peaked in 2004 yet the abs house price index clearly shows late 2007 after melbourne & brisbane record 20% gains for the year, darwin and adelaide also having big moves.
so i'm wondering how a property tycoon such as yourself with so much experience didn't even know when housing peaked?
