I've traded options for years and never exercised a single one. The main thing with options is to have a good entry price (lower timeframe demand level) timeframe demand) and a good exit price when the underlying share hits ( higher timeframe supply level.) So ideally buy at daily chart demand or lower timeframe even and sell at weekly supply level of your choice.
