Chinaman might not trigger option as maybe clause in opic loan say china no no takeover as usa is priority due to opic loan.
Maybe big winner is tamoran as he get big money.....millions from option call for chinaman when he can't exercise.
If China wants to buy whole mine, we will have big bidding war $20!
