    The Market and the bankers would 100% finance it with scrip and cash.

    Circa $80c - 1.00 a share, Im sure it is a very very do able deal and could be launched in a weekend.

    Clearly the market likes NCM management and they are a > 100% financeable management team.

    Clearly AM & BC will never resign.CEO has to go, everyone knows that. He cant get the refi done and its now Feb 4.

    Synergies would surely be great. I wonder if GSJBW have had chats with NCM ??
