That 118 million doesn't really make much of a dent in the 1.3 Billion in CURRENT liabilities - which are due in less than a year - so it's kinda a bummer with the whole Covid cloud this year . Current assets at around 1B sadly doesn't cover it so we are all crossing our fingers for a big, bumper February guidance that will blow our socks off in just how fabulous and clever the PFS acquistion was in pivoting from on Gift Cards for revenue into such a myriad of promising fintech verticals in a growing (but as yet secret) pipeline of partner contracts. I'm not one to begrudge an old man his retirement so I congratulate the Chairman's escape out the back door with his sliverware before the check arrives.
