Exploration results likely refer to the recent ann concerning the field exploration program at Pickled Parrot and around Bynoe (see post above by HRute). Better be good to call it significant and have a trading halt. If its just the usual rock samples they will look pretty well stupid.
I am thinking they have found something that excites but requires further drilling which will require funding. They did say they were considering restructure of its gold and silver. Step 1 in the spin off process?
Spin off, when it comes to an appreciating asset like gold its a fancy way of sharing/gifting your wealth with/to others. Wait and see what we have first. Could be just another beat up.
