All the overhang gone, except for the cheeky out of sequence diector non/performance options at consolidation time, but they are minor. The other options are at 30c so ok out at that price.
The c10 earn out is settled a couple years early. It clears the decks.
If it brings fresh talent and new investment vigour I will be cheering. Otherwise it is lipstick on a pig.
