If you did some further due diligence, you would know that the current liabilities are offset by current assets as these are the Gift and Incentive card balances that EML has processed. Tom has even mentioned that the balances as not equal as they invest a proportion of this customer money into short term bonds to cover carrying costs.
EML makes a solid profit and has no material debt and is well stocked with further 100million in bank to explore further bolt on acquisition or early Project Accelerator investments.
