To put it in layman’s terms if a country is needing energy in any form, it can be used as a money manipulation price hikes or cheap price depending on what you can do for the selling party.Or it can be used as the political tool, cut supply until you get what you want. Some countries would not put up with either and a few biffs can end up in full on war.
