price treading water yes, but taking divi into consideration this has outperformed other property stocks over the past 3-4 months by a long shot. Yes price has come back 20-25% in recent weeks, probably in line with all listed real estate companies. Don't know what price they could sell this for but there stated NTA is 90 cents! i am sure it will not sell at that level but 50 would be nice. remember that these are USD assets with USD debt, thus the equity is USD denominated, and given the weak AUD :USD exchange rate it is positive in the conversion. i just wish that they hurry up an do a deal even at a discount to the underlying USD equity amount, while the AUD is down.
