My understanding is that it would be a 2.5% discount on the VOLUME WEIGHTED average (eg mean) price 29th Sep to 5th Oct so I suppose you would add up all the sales over those days ($) and divide that by the number of shares sold and then multiply by 0.975 to get the SPP price.
The real question is what will the SP do once the SPP closes on the 29th?
