In my opinion this is CS in T/O mode. The 28m shares involving loaned stock can be attributed to the following chart which shows an ever increasing number of shorts (for a capping of the stock-not as a pure shorting play). That's why GLL have beefed up their executive team to deal with any hostile bid.
