Just thought I'd look at the alignment between buying and the "cash" raises we've seen. Below is daily traded by $ value and trading price (indexed so you can get it on the same axis) and the outstanding capital raise amounts. From my simple data line up it seems 3 of the 4 times there's been a significant raise in price it's been preceded by the pump in traded volume. I'd say there were two un-artificial rises in price that saw volume, being March 2017 and post the KFW announcement in December 2017. I continue to be optimistic as Arsenic states as i'm not sure why this shouldn't work, and at very least it's a tax offset for other gains so kinda a "free run". But given the data, i'll assume it's a pump until something's shown others. Fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.
