JC,if one believes the .16 cent div is sustainable then absolutely tls should be well over 3.20.
I believe as posted the market is pricing in a .14 cent div which also makes 2.80 very attractive.
But i believe the market is starting to price in guidance.
I just have nothing positive to say about the way tls is being managed.imo only.
