Updated numbers

after speaking to the company recently and getting a much better handle on the numbers here is my updated numbers for end of Sept . The cash balance is going to blow people away - happy for anyone to critic these number

we start with end of June figure of net debt of 2.3 with 6.9 m
cash falling early July so net cash at the start of July 4 m odd . Say 3 m to be safe .
this quarter there will be sales of 110k
40k from inventories - pure cash profit . Loadisng /logistic Costs per tonne 20 dollar . assume sale price of 600 to reflect Stronger dollar - 24 m aud
the quarter also had 70k of regular sales . At a 300 margin that’s 21m
with 70k sales and production running around 83, that’s an Additional 13k to inventory

so we have 3m plus 24 plus 21 m = 47 m
minus 1m for interest
minus 2 m for exploration
minus 2m for anything I have missed
minus 5 m for august land purchase

so net cash likely to be 37m much higher than my estimate of 25-30m
importantly though inventory will still be high at 83k despite extra sales do 50-52 m value there and land assets over 20m
Dec quarter cash should be closer to 60-65 m

what I looked at starting at the end of Sept - what will the next 12 months bring
production of 320 k ( left a little room here )
margins 290 ( left a little realm here as well as costs likely to fall so being conservative )
inventory sales - circa 20k before they reach 50k so another 12 m
104 m in cash flow for next 12 months October 20-sept 21

note in my figures I have dropped Margin to 300 this quarter and 290 next year. In reality margin and production may be higher as AISC for last 6 months includes unrest in debt which will be gone within 6-9 months if not earlier . Also projected costs are likely to fall
lastly the ASIC per tonnne sold is going to fall massively and show they are beating all cost targets. Will fall from marginally above guidance to well below due to 110k on sales this quarter
