LOW interest rates are here to stay for foreseeable future! So, I believe that a 'grossed' up yield of anything >4-5% will be very attractive.
I'd be treating TLS shares as a high paying blue chip corporate bond.
The corresponding share prices, in order to achieve a grossed up yield of 4-5%, for any given dividend are:
10c div - $2.85 - $3.57
12c div - $3.42 - $4.28
14c div - $4.00 - $5.00
16c div - $4.57 - $5.71
