rather than exercise the options now does it make sense to purchase more options with the money you are going to spend to convert them and wait until late as possible to convert the whole lot.
e.g if you have 500000 options it will cost you $3000 to convert now or you could buy another say 300000 options roughly at current price with the $3k and leave it as late as possible and hope they have increased in value.
just a thought.
