You don't like the truth do you. Have you never heard the term "living, breathing document"? Progressive judges believe in this. This is not my opinion it is argued publicly. https://www.accredited-times.com/2017/07/05/constitution-living-breathing-document/ I will argue that if it can be interpreted according to the politically correct dogma of the day, then the constitution has no meaning, that it should deposited in the dust bin of history.
Antonin Scalia argued that it is a "dead" document that should be interpreted as written, a stance you argued yourself. On Scalia's death Republicans wanted him replaced by another "black letter law" justice and Trump wants the constitution safe from meddling.
Conservatives don't want progressive justices reinterpreting the 2nd amendment any more than dems want their right to abortion modified.
So there are left and right judges/justices. Don't be silly and argue differently.
