Have been doing more research on the telehealth industry and Heramed this week (trying to convince myself to buy more) and have also re-read the announcements. So I misread this one and I now believe the answer to my prior question is, no these were not issued as the performance shares but rather the 'initiation' shares as per below copied from the Mayo clinic announcement:
"Under the agreement, Mayo Clinic will provide a USD$100,000 investment in the form of project funding (in return forreceiving 1,581,538 Shares* within 30 days of entering into the agreement).......and; As consideration for Mayo Clinic entering into this agreement, the Company will issue to Mayo 1,186,153 Shares (equal to the value of USD$75,000 or AUD$107,940*) within 30 days of entering into this agreement"
its a bummer that the partnership isn't as far along as I thought, however I guess it means more opportunity for price discovery.
