BNBG holders are entitled to claim their money back if the company is suspended from trade for 20 consecutive business days. I incorrectly said that this data was the coming Monday 9th, but as a result of the Australia day public holiday it is actually Tuesday 10th. I think if you submit your exit notice, the banks would still rank ahead of you, but it might result in a deal having to be struck with noteholders. Maybe I'm too optimistic.
