With better lending laws proposed by Canberra, if ABA and Anna Bligh do their work, WBC holders should be able to get a special dividend to make up for the lack of dividends of recent times.
Peter King has been a bit of disaster as CEO, done similarly to how he went as CFO, needs a bit of good news, a special dividend no less IMHO.
