If you read my post again you will see that it is not me that has made these claims. It is claims I have read over the years on Hotcopper.
It is interesting that east coast doctors have not embraced the treatment even though studies in the states have proven its effectiveness. I suspect it has alot to do with techniques people are familiar with and resistance to take on new techniques. As a result, however, we have lost this technology to the US. It is a shame there was such resistance to complete confirmatory trials here in Australia.

With regard the Renovacare law suit. My understanding is that Renovacare argued the patent was for a gun to spray on skin, not the stuff that goes in it i.e. they were firing blanks at that time. This would explain why the court case was in 2017 and Renovacare have only just been granted FDA approval to conduct a clinical trial to evaluate the safety and feasibility of their product. Phase 1? Likely to be a long time before this is available as their product will need to be tested through to Phase 3.
