Not as silly as it sounds - test much like drink or drug driving and randomly -rapid test but completely useless if it's not
accurate.
A few cases still linger in China too.
So many countries seem to be going backwards and protestors are not helping unfortunately. You only need one super
spreader and things go down hill quickly.
