Yeah thats quite a big saving actually..especially if they were fly in fly out all the way back to Oz...they had quite a few admin types that could easily be replaced by Laos staff especially in the current climate....loads of exploration and junior mining companies in Laos with very competent local staff have shut down so PNA will have their pick of local talent at the moment..also a very big hydro electric project is almost complete now and that will put a lot more qualified local talent on the employment market...not to mention the downsizing at Oz Minerals.
