As far as I recall Mt Peake and TIVAN are already owned by separate companies under TNG.
IMO this is a normal practice in any company and allows TNG to be nimble.
i.e. Mt Peake and the refinery could be sold off and TNG can retain TIVAN technology.
It also makes it less complicated when SMS/TNG licence TIVAN technology to other producers
PB has stated in the past that they are a Technology company
IMO the licencing of TIVAN will likely be bigger than Mt Peake in terms of NPAT
