Could also factor in OELs disastrous CR at the lows of Covid were triggered in part, if not all, by the F5 fail. What negotiations went on behind the scenes we will not know, but is it possible OEL asked for the sidetrack to try and prove up the reserve to satisfy their financiers. A refusal by BYE could be interpreted as an attack on OEL's viability, thus triggering a retaliation. Only speculating of course.
