IMO, it just doesn't make sense for him to leave before the NDA is up. if you went through all that effort to get a partnership, wouldn't you want to see it through?
I just think the NDA angle is not true and never has been. Novonix needs to stick with current contracts with Samsung SDI and Sanyo and try to build up from there.
