Veris needs to wind up the Aqura side business and get some surveyors on to the Board. With an experienced Board Veris could turn $75,000,000.00 of sales into profits. A competent Board should run the business for the benefit of shareholders and not the pockets of directors and senior management IMO.
I also suspect they are trying to privatize the business to avoid accountability, Daniel Andrews must be taking strategic advice from the Veris Board on how to avoid accountability.
