@redant -- He will be gone and they will not be vested. Sounds like a gift... 'good leaver'. I mean going to seek non-exec directorships. That guy is a greedy bugger. They all have this streak. He is leaving in the worst time. Why not stay on another couple of years, while there is a build-up in retail channel and then it will definitely look like he deserves a golden parashot. But, under the circumstances, total BS. @Timber7 was right about that. Stinks of greed and underperformance.
