BOTs 2A is in progress. IHL 2B technically hasnt started yet. They will update us when they start recruitment and when they commence....
Also could be something to do with the likelihood of their Acne actually progressing to Phase 3 despite the controversial Phase 2....
BOT is a leaky ship. FDA could have approved their Acne to go to Phase 3.
