brucey most people believe the first package was a success and there is plenty of evidence that it did what it was supposed to do. You are entitled to your opinion even if you are unable to explain how you came to it.
You also say Ken Henry is a Rudd puppet. Correct me if I am wrong but I think Ken Henry was a Coalition (Howard/Costello) appointment and if so it's hard to imagine he is Rudd's puppet.
