Yes TFL, desperately needs scale!!...That was the initial TFL ambition..to scale up..But it has been simply beyond them to do it...They have preferred to remain just comfortable and so siphon off shareholder funds into huge salaries non-cash benefits for themselves...Its all just too hard!!!
