Further, in September 2011 PiperAlderman sought access to Ardent’s insurance documents. I assume to ascertain if they have sufficient $$ cover and, if not, they would need to apply to the courts for a caveat to be placed on the Dreamworld land title. The Judge refused access for PiperAlderman to Ardent’s insurance docs, but verbally assured PiperAlderman that Ardent has more than sufficient insurance cover to the meet the amount of their Clients’ claim, if successful.
