Now I do not doubt for one minute there are some big players here on HC who do have very large holdings be it shares, property or both, but there are also a large number who are full of it.
I remember reading some of a certain guys posts who got caught up in the Opus Prime mess and the size of the positions he was claiming to be taking in TLS, did seem a bit hard to believe, but turns out to be very likely factual.
then there are the others completely full of it it, goblin (and his various nicks) comes to mind.
Now we have people posting about the properties they seem to be constantly in the process of just putting an offer on or about to settle or have just bought.
Either these guys are sitting on very substantial (in size) property portfolios, which I fully accept is possible
Or they are completely full of it, which is also possible
