I agree to most of what you have stated.
I question the moral aspect you infer. There are existing treatments for Heart and Back - there are none for GVHD (outside of steroids which are only slightly effective).
Either way, I agree it is the best lead-in for MSC's getting full FDA approval. On many different levels. It's a genius move.
If approval is not given, the FDA will face moral outrage, IMO.
