Not sure if I believe this... He hasn't come out on record to say that he wouldn't accept it... so either there is another bid from a counterparty and he is open to selling or...

Management better get on the phones to get the proxy votes in. Although a 20% stake could normally kill a standard takeover, with schemes only 75% approval is required so it is possible to get this over the line.

Interesting 10mil was sold today... not many SH have a holding of that size...
