Oh dear here we go again

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE learn to read, may save you from a lot of embarrassment

I stated buying a perth property 12 months ago I could be UP TO 30% down

that means some properties in Perth have dropped UP TO 30%

it does not mean Perth has dropped 30%

    GOT IT NOW????

As for the time to buy

some of the areas that have dropped 30% I would not buy in anyway (garbage areas over hyped by sub-divisions potential) some are still over priced and not selling even at a 30% reduction (properties that have dropped from $2mil to $1.4 and are still expensive for what they are and are not selling)

    So why buy now????

other areas that have not dropped by as much, based on factors like the number of properties coming on the market, are not going to increase any time soon (one suburb that was a boom suburb 18 months ago now has over 200 properites in the suburb alone on the market for sale)

most rental yeilds are still very low and incase it has missed you went are entering fairly rough economic times.

so again WHY buy now, when there are going to be bargins on the market due to the economy over the next 1-2years and even if you can not buy some thing cheaper it is highly unlikely to cost more.
