That'd be nice but unfortunately I'm not a founder or an employee and yes they do have a lot to lose if BRN fails like those 'free' shares and their reputations.
Robert Mitro has multiple go nowhere startups in his past. Peter's previous company VCIS was written off by Internet Security Systems within a year of purchase. Lou resigned from Exar after the share price plummeted.
