i prefer curd rice, saag (green vegies cooked in a little oil, small amount of water, mustard oil, garlic, mustard seeds, cummin seeds, salt, finished off with a squeeze of lemon, raw onions and nutmeg) dahl (made from pulses and a vegie like egg plant) and some pakora (deep fried and battered vegies)
