    If the satellites have such long management agreements with BNB and you were a BNB lender, then surely you would keep BNB going indefinitely until all these fees are collected. Otherwise BNB would have been put into adminstration before Christmas.

    It is like a musician who owns royalties on songs. The money just keeps coming every year until they expire. If that musician goes broke (and they do) then his creditors collect those royalties into the future until they are fully satisfied.

    I suspect there will come a point where BNB/banks will listen to offers from the satellites to buy their way out of their mgmt fee arrangements.
