Yes I'm voting against the remuneration report and against the extra 10% share issue. The Board based on performance are overpaid, and if they can't run a business profitably on $90+ million revenue they don't deserve shareholder support. The dilution of our shares is nasty. The mistakes have been on going for far too long. I know how I would vote should another attempt be made to take control of the company. This lot are a disaster. I'm tending to agree with the last statement of Mikey1976. Another quarter is almost complete and the share price is going downhill further and further. Are people privy to another poor quarter's performance?
