My comment on disappointment was if IMF decline to proceed, I know shareholders have already been more than disappointed with CMR for some time.

I also know the way IMF guys think so it is a long shot but worth the effort.

First they will at who has the capacity to pay on the other side, if no one with deep pockets it will go nowhere despite the evidence.
