I find it interesting that the shares on Offer 9 Sellers, conveniently add up to 1.0 million shares. What a coincidence.
Maybe this is a "test" for those holding and are waivering about whether to sell. "What happens if all the shares at 13..0 Bid get bought up, oh i better sell quickly". Haha
