I guess market overreacted to Paypal entry considering the market size of this sector. dropping few dollars in couple of days shows how small the ASX is. ASX doesn't need to blindly follow US market which is at all time highs. competition always make other companies innovative. that's what investors look if they are investing for growth. speculators are always there to keep market liquid but fundamentals govern markets. simple theory is that when some one sells, some one buys who analyses that same stock will move up..
