Try a search or post your question on airliners.net good source of information. CFIs are only interested in you as a sale for their own hours, for student pilot and career advice write and speak to local operators.
PPL to CFI is the easy part (if you have plenty of cash) twin turbine PnC time to meet minimum requirements can be the bigger hurdle.
Also seriously consider a aviation related uni degree in addition to required ATPL papers.
And no 25 isn't too old.
