Mulcahy comments
"Now I’ve been a CEO of Suncorp for six years, and I have agreed with the Board that now is the appropriate time for the company to transition to a new leadership. Given the important capital raising announcement today, I think it’s appropriate, and we agree it’s appropriate, to announce that transition this morning. I have to say that I’ve enjoyed my six years at Suncorp. We’re very proud of what we’ve achieved."
Hard to believe he could say that with a straight face.
Disgraceful and good riddance.
Back in november suncorp were saying they were well positioned and cannot see the need to raise additional equity.
Mulcahy ' transited' minus a golden handshake.The same for Story and Skilton .Now thats what i would call appropriate.
