Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't we witnessing a classical new business/product J Curve?
Top of the J represents the hype and recognition of the potential then it move down once the hype has settled & profit takers step in and it hits the bottom of the J in anticipation of production and orders after profit takers have finished.
The other side of the rising J represents the first orders and commencement of production to a maximum high which represents super value with lots of orders and product recognition in the market place.
