Yes ,the CO2 is still going up even tho there has been a human CO2 caused reduction ,because the UV radiation is still melting the ice and causing water vapor to rise from the land and oceans at a higher rate than normal ,causing cloud cover that locks in heat.
While the planet is at its current position and wobbly ,the suns UV radiation will penetrate the earth at a higher rate.
